2. Box Breathing
Box breathing is a technique that involves inhaling, holding the breath, exhaling, and holding the breath again, all for the same count. Begin by inhaling deeply for a count of four, hold your breath for a count of four, exhale for a count of four, and hold your breath again for a count of four. Repeat this cycle several times, focusing on the rhythm of your breath.

3. Alternate Nostril Breathing
This Pranayama technique involves breathing through one nostril at a time to balance the body's energy. Sit comfortably and use your right thumb to close your right nostril. Inhale through your left nostril, then use your right ring finger to close your left nostril and exhale through your right nostril. Inhale through your right nostril, close it with your thumb, and exhale through your left nostril. Repeat this cycle for several breaths.
